Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of rigless.ai (the “Service”), a cloud platform that provides sandboxed Linux environments and AI-assisted development tools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

The sandboxed environments run real code. You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or operate a mail relay;
• mine cryptocurrency or run workloads whose primary purpose is to consume compute;
• attack, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, including ours;
• host or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to escape the sandbox, exceed allocated resources, or disrupt other users; or
• violate any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without notice where the violation is causing active harm.

4. Your content and API keys

You retain ownership of the code and data you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (store, process, and transmit your content). If you provide your own third-party API keys (“BYO keys”), we store them encrypted and use them only to make requests on your behalf; your use of those third-party services is governed by their terms.

5. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period except where required by law. Fees are exclusive of taxes.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features. Sandboxes are ephemeral; you are responsible for committing or exporting work you wish to keep.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
